Dog Carrier Travel Tips While PuchiBags were not initially created for airplane travel we have taken them all over the world with no problems. Each airline has their own requirements but the three things they care about most are: 1. The dog/cat cannot jump out; 2. The bag is properly ventilated; 3. The bag fits under the seat.
